Food Cravings Worth trying

Fall is by far one of my favorite seasons. The cooler weather, walk/drives surrounded by leaves and beautiful colors and of course the smells, food and yummy snacks. With the cold weather approaching, the more dark it is becoming, the more random cravings I seem to be having. Lately and of course for reasons you could possibly imagine, chocolate and peanut butter have been at the top of my list with my previous hot cocoa and cake in a mug recipes. I’ve also been wanting things that are easy, quick, healthy and even drinkable for on the go! Instead of discussing specific meals or baked goods on a budget, I’d focus on delicious things I’ve been dreaming about for quite some time. The following not only helped curb my cravings, but we’re family favorites!

Asian Cucumber Salad

ingredients:

3 cucumbers thinly sliced

½ Tbsp Sesame Oil

¾ Tbsp Rice Vinegar

¾ Tbsp Soy Sauce

1 Tbsp-ish of Chili Oil

½ tsp Salt

1 Tbsp Sugar

Sprinkle Sesame Seeds

Our toppings of choice:

Chocolate chips

Coconut Shreds

Granola

Drizzled Chocolate/Hazelnut Almond Butter, Peanut Butter or Honey on top

Blueberry Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients:

2 cup of Blueberries

1 cup Dairy-Free Milk
